Delete your account
Your access ends immediately. Permanent deletion is scheduled after a seven-day restoration period.
Request deletion in the app
- Open Repular on your iPhone.
- From Today, tap your profile button to open Settings.
- Tap your profile at the top, then choose Delete Account.
- Review the deletion summary and continue.
- Sign in again with your connected Apple or Google account to confirm your identity.
- Confirm the request.
Export first if you want a copy. Go to Settings > Import & Export > Export Full Archive. The export is a JSON file containing your profile, routines, schedule, workouts, measurements, and custom exercises.
The seven-day restoration period
After you confirm deletion, Repular signs you out, revokes your active sessions, retires device registrations, and removes account data from that device. Your server account is then scheduled for permanent deletion seven days later.
If you change your mind, sign in again with the same Apple or Google account before the seven-day period ends. Repular will restore the account and cancel the deletion request. After that period, deletion begins and the account cannot be restored.
What Repular deletes
When permanent deletion runs, Repular deletes:
- your account, email, sign-in identifiers, and provider connection;
- your profile, preferences, fitness goals, and body details;
- your routines, schedules, workout history, notes, body measurements, health summaries, and custom exercises;
- device registrations, push tokens, sessions, and sync state; and
- Repular's local purchase-entitlement records.
Deletion starts automatically after the restoration period. If a provider or service is temporarily unavailable, Repular retries the operation, so completion may take additional time. A de-identified operational record that a deletion job completed or was cancelled may remain.
What is not automatically deleted or cancelled
- Apple Health records: workouts already written to Apple Health stay there. You can manage them in the Health app.
- App Store billing: deleting your Repular account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings to stop future renewal.
- Apple purchase records: Apple retains transaction records under its own policies and legal obligations.
- Exported or shared files: copies you or another person saved outside Repular remain under the holder's control.
- Backups: earlier copies can remain separately from active account data. Their retention depends on recovery needs and backup settings; account deletion does not erase every backup immediately.
- Operational and provider records: support correspondence, security logs, analytics, and provider-held records may have different lifetimes. Retention depends on support and security needs, provider settings, and legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
