Terms of Service

These Terms cover the Repular iPhone and Apple Watch app, website, and related services (the "Services"). Repular operates from Azerbaijan. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Repular

Repular helps you plan and log workouts and track progress. Features depend on your device, app version, settings, and plan. Some require internet access, Apple Health or notification permission, or Repular Pro.

You sign in with Apple or Google. Provide accurate account information and keep your device and sign-in account secure. Do not impersonate another person or access someone else's account. Contact support@repular.app if you think your account is compromised.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old. If local law requires a higher age or a parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services or allow data processing, those requirements also apply. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use they permit.

3. Your content and our app

You retain ownership of the workouts, routines, measurements, notes, and other content you create. You allow Repular to store, copy, sync, and process it as needed to operate and support the Services. This permission is limited to those purposes, including the storage described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to provide content you upload or import.

You may use Repular for your own lawful, personal purposes. The app, branding, and Repular-provided content remain the property of Repular or their respective owners. The apps are licensed, not sold, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store presents a custom licence.

Files you export or share can be kept by their recipients; deleting your account cannot recall those copies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Repular unlawfully, infringe others' rights, access private data without permission, bypass security or paid-feature controls, introduce malware, or disrupt the Services. Do not resell the app or copy or reverse engineer it except where law permits. We may restrict access to address misuse or a security or legal issue.

5. Exercise and health

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Choose activities appropriate for your health and abilities, use equipment safely, and seek qualified advice when needed. Estimated records, calorie values, heart-rate summaries, and other metrics can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.

6. Repular Pro and App Store purchases

Repular offers free features and paid Pro features. The purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, included features, and any trial conditions. Apple handles payment; RevenueCat helps verify access.

• Auto-renewing subscriptions continue at the terms shown by Apple until you cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Cancellation stops future renewal. Access generally continues for the period shown by Apple; cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.
• Apple handles App Store refund requests and billing disputes under its policies and applicable law.
• Use Restore Purchases to restore an eligible purchase associated with your Apple Account.

If paid access ends, Pro features may become unavailable. Your existing Repular data is not deleted solely because your subscription ends. Deleting the app or your Repular account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Prices and paid features may change, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law, including any required notice, consent, or remedy.

7. Availability and other providers

Core workout logging is designed to work offline after sign-in. Sync, sign-in, purchases, and some other features depend on internet access and providers such as Apple and Google. Their services also have their own terms.

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or recovery of lost data. Keep an export of information you want to preserve. These limits do not remove any remedy required by law for a paid service.

8. Stopping use and deleting your account

You can stop using Repular at any time. Confirm deletion in Settings > Profile > Delete Account. Access ends immediately; signing in with the same provider within seven days restores the account and cancels deletion. After that period, permanent deletion begins. See the deletion instructions and Privacy Policy for timing, retries, and records outside that process.

We may suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, security risks, or a legal requirement. Losing access or a sign-in connection does not itself request account deletion. Terms about ownership, outstanding payments, and liability still apply where relevant after use ends.

9. Responsibility and limits

The Services are provided as available. We do not guarantee that every output is accurate, every error will be fixed, or data will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, Repular is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for claims about the Services is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid for Repular in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including fraud, deliberate misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits a limit.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Repular changes. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Services; continued use constitutes acceptance only where law permits.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Disputes may be brought before its competent courts, except where applicable law gives you a right to another court or mandatory protections in your country. You can contact us to try to resolve a problem without formal proceedings.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining Terms continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
